Thanks for bringing it up.

I thought it was a little too long for the chicken pieces, they probably don't need the entire second 45 minutes for crisping. My fella did the cooking on this one so I'm not positive on exactly how long he actually cooked the chicken so I left in the original times.

If you make these (which I hope you do as they are really yummy) let me know how long you cooked them and I'll be sure to alter the recipe if 2ish hours is too much.

Happy cooking.Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07729148663422292492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1032512259809684735.post-36429998595009907142009-12-28T11:21:26.798-08:002009-12-28T11:21:26.798-08:00Not really a comment but a question; I want to try...Not really a comment but a question; I want to try this... really... but it seems like an awfully long time to cook chicken/duck legs??? Sort of a novice cook here. Anyway... really? 2 hours of cooking? If I have read this wrong - which is possible - I humbly apologize. If not... just reassure me its worth it. I'm going to try it with the duck so i don't want to over cook that little devil. Thanks~Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09236043108582449596noreply@blogger.com
